Designed and customized exclusively for women of varying body types and fitness levels, the 30 Day Super Fit Transformation is a unique and specialized plan of clean nutrition, weight training, plyometric workouts, and cardiovascular conditioning to train the entire body - inside and out.  A-Train's 30 Day  Super Fit Transformation is designed to create a fit physique. 


What does it consist of?  The plan is a 2 phase plan.  Phase 1 is all about cleansing the body  and is designed to cut your cravings of sugars, salt, breads, pastas, chocolates, sodas, and other foods or drinks that keep you bloated and fluffy.  Phase 1 also includes a specific workout regimen.  Phase 2 will teach you the skills of clean eating and building lean muscle.   Phase 2 will give you the edge you want in your fitness plan to help you achieve the body you desire.  



How much does it cost? The cost of the 30 Day Super Fit Transformation is $100.00 USD.  Here is a description of the services you will receive during your transformation:

 -You will begin the program with your purchase of this price option.  You will receive instructions on how to begin Phase 1 and establish your schedule.   This Phase is designed to cleanse your body, shedding pounds and getting rid of sugar and carbohydrate cravings, we will also introduce your workout regimen in this phase.  This phase is universal and is made for all body types.  Phase 1 lasts for 5 days.

-At the end of Phase 1, you will receive your adjustments in nutrition and workout regimen and prepare for Phase 2.  Phase 2 introduces whole foods back in to your diet and new workouts that will help in the definition of your entire body. This Phase will continue for the duration of your transformation with weekly adjustments to your nutrition and workout regimen to reach your goal.

-This is an online coaching service. We recommend that you have access to a treadmill or elliptical and weights.   If you are a member at our studio, we recommend you begin coming in to the studio 5 days per week for an hour per day.   All you need to do is show up and you will get the physical requirement of this program.
