About Super Fit Classes Our classes utilize cross training methods of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, plyometrics and agility drills to challenge the body. All you need to do is show up! We design workouts for you every day which are constantly varied. This method of training will blast body fat, boost metabolism, build strength, endurance, and build lean muscle. You will leave each class feeling empowered and STRONG!
